FAQs
How much are sessions?
Individual sessions are £65 for 60 minutes. Couples sessions are £75 for 60 minutes or £95 for 90 minutes. Payment is due 24 hours before your session, through the website or by bank transfer. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
What can I come to sessions for?
People come to me for many reasons, including:
Relationship difficulties, conflict or communication problems
Patterns that keep repeating, such as people pleasing, overthinking or struggling with boundaries
Low self-esteem and confidence
Stress and feeling overwhelmed, at work or at home
Big life changes, such as a relationship ending, a career change or moving country
Managing difficult emotions such as frustration or anger
Exploring your identity and what you want from life
Wanting more direction, purpose or fulfilment
Is this the right support for me?
My sessions are personal development counselling and coaching. They’re not therapy or treatment for mental health conditions. If you’re living with depression, an anxiety disorder, an eating disorder, addiction or trauma, or you’re going through a mental health crisis, a therapist, counsellor or your GP will be better placed to help. If you’re not sure, book a free discovery call and I’ll be honest about whether I’m the right fit. If I’m not, I’ll help you find someone who is.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is different. Some people want a few focused sessions around a specific goal, and others prefer longer-term support. We’ll review your progress every six weeks to check we’re still working towards what matters to you.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Everything we discuss stays confidential, with a few exceptions. For example, if I believe you or someone else is at serious risk of harm, or if I’m required to share information by law. Your client agreement, which you’ll receive before our first session, explains these exceptions in full.
Need urgent help?
I’m not able to offer crisis support. If you’re in the UK:
If you’re at immediate risk of harming yourself or ending your life, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E.
If you can keep yourself safe for a short time, call NHS 111 or your GP for an urgent appointment.
Samaritans are available 24/7 on 116 123.

If you live outside the UK, please contact your local emergency services.
Will you be able to help me?
I draw on a background in psychology and counselling, combined with coaching, to support people with a wide range of personal and relationship challenges. If you need specialist or clinical support, I’ll always be honest about that and help you find the right person.
